Kaylee Moyer Dominates Goat Tying in Hays

Hays, Kan.-With performances in the sunshine and the addition of new bucking chutes, the Fort Hays State University Rodeo saw an improvement in both the weather conditions and rodeo facilities from previous years. The FHSU Rodeo was stop number nine of the Central Plains Region schedule April 20-22. The Oklahoma Panhandle State University Rodeo Team walked away from the weekend with a third place men’s team finish while the women ended in fifth overall.

Every cowboy in the world knows championships are built on hard work and great dance partners. They’ll find it in Carr Pro Rodeo’s ever-evolving bull pen, which will be on display at the Guymon Pioneer Days Rodeo, set for 7:30 p.m. Friday, May 4; 2 and 7:30 p.m. Saturday, May 5; and 2 p.m. Sunday, May 6, at Henry C. Hitch Pioneer Arena.
